The Community Pantry is a monthly subscription service for the families of the Eckington Parish.​

 

Simply turn up with your Bag for Life and fill it using your Membership for a small donation.​

do I qualify?

If you are an Individual or Family living within the Eckington Parish, yes. It's easy enough to join.

Sign up via Email or Telephone with your Name and Contact Information.

Membership Fee £2.00 in exchange for a Bag for Life and your Membership Card.

From there on, it will be £3.50 to fill your Bag for Life with up to 15 items per Family or Individual.

tackling food waste

Thanks to your donations, a large quantity of edible food that would have otherwise ended up in the landfill, creating C02 emissions and increasing water and energy waste, is now being offered to the Eckington Parish.

Food Pantries not only strengthen communities during vulnerable times, but provide a solution in regards to food waste and its environmental impact.

peace of mind

Our Food Pantry collects edible food (which conforms to strict food safety regulations) from individuals, families, companies including manufacturers and retailers.
